It will fit with most inside mount tonneau covers. Some inside mount covers may require trimming for clearance in order to work. As long as the lip of the tonneau cover doesn't overlap the edge of the bed by more than 1/2" or so, you should be okay. Be sure to order your rack with the Standard (tonneau compatible) mounting brackets which are currently included in the price of the rack. If you have questions or concerns, be sure to contact us before ordering.

Headache Racks
Trucks with cargo cameras built into the third brake light area use a lens that is so wide angle, the view will be partially obstructed by the lower bar of our inner frame. To avoid this you will need to order your rack with the 'Cargo Cam Frame Mod' option. This option essentially opens up the bottom of the third brake light opening on the headache rack. Be sure to call or email if you have questions about this.
Yes. Be sure to order your headache rack with the 24" toolbox compatible mounting brackets. .
Our web, deer, elk and other inserts are CNC cut from mild steel plate.
The outer frame of our racks are constructed with 1.5" x 2.5" rectangular steel tubing. The inner frame is 1" x 2" steel tubing.
We recommend no more than 350 pounds of forward leaning weight and 1500 pounds of weight directly on top of the rack.
About 15-30 minutes.
While in most cases the headache rack utilizes the stake pockets to secure it, an additional hole must be drilled for the end of each bed rail.
The only tools you need are a ½” open end wrench, a ½” socket, and drill.
LED Lighting
While most lights are pre-installed (large LED light bars are shipped separately), they are not pre-wired. Each lamp will have a pigtail with two or more wires to connect to a 12v source for operation. Headache racks will also include holes to chases wires through the tubing for a clean appearance. No additional wiring or switches are included but can be sourced inexpensively at most any auto parts store. See this article for reasons why products are not pre-wired and get tips on connecting accessory LED lights.

Shipping
Almost all of our parts and products are built to order. Please allow (currently) 6-7 weeks before your order is ready (PLUS the transit time to your destination).
You should receive tracking information when your order ships. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility we have no control over the actual delivery day or time. When our carrier (FedEx) says it will take, for example, 5 days - we trust it will take only 5 days. During the peak holiday shipping season we allow for adequate transit time so that you'll receive your delivery when expected. However, the carrier may experience delays that are beyond our control.
Currently, if ordering through this website, we only offer shipping to 48 states within the contiguous US. We CAN ship to Canada but you will need to phone in your order. If your order total qualifies for free shipping (orders over $199) an additional surcharge will apply. You will also be responsible for any duties/taxes.
Due to exorbitant shipping costs we do NOT, by default, ship to the following states or US territories: Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific. We understand these states and territories appear in the shipping address section ('State' dropdown box) as options during checkout.
