Spyder Industries warrants all parts of its manufacture, furnished under this agreement, to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of purchase. Powder Coat finishes are warranted for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover:
(c) Freight or shipping costs,
(d) Normal wear and tear,
(d) Damage caused by collision,
(e) Damage from salt or road debris,
(f) Any lighting products sold or installed by Spyder Industries. (For warranty questions or policies regarding accessory lighting products sold or installed by Spyder Industries, please contact the respective manufacturer),
(g) Lost fasteners due to lack of maintenance or periodic checks for tightness.
This limited warranty does not cover any consequential damages, including but not limited to the expense of being without the vehicle during inspection or repair/replacement period, delay, or mileage. Additionally, any and all implied warranties (including the warranty of fitness or merchantability) are limited for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, modification, misuse, mishandling, improper care, and/or neglect. Also, this limited warranty is void in the event of improper installation by anyone other than Spyder Industries. The liability of Spyder Industries under this warranty is limited, at Spyder Industries sole discretion, to repair or replacement with equivalent products within a reasonable time. This warranty is not transferable. The original limited warranty period of any product repaired or replaced by Spyder Industries shall not be extended.
Limited warranty is conditioned upon:
- Spyder Industries being notified by Purchaser immediately after discovery of any defects,
- Proof of purchase,
- The return of the defective product(s) to Spyder Industries at Purchaser's expense within the limited warranty period; and
- Spyder Industries examination of such product(s) and its satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

Spyder Industries will determine if it’s a warrantable issue.
If warrantable, Spyder Industries will advise you on the return for repair or replacement.
Spyder Industries will honor any Spyder Industry merchandise returned in original condition, not have been installed, within 7 days from product receipt. There are no returns on full-custom (logo, art, specially modified) racks or parts. Due to the semi-custom-built nature of many of our products, some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unless otherwise specified, promotions, offers, or discounts may not be combined with other offers. Special promotions, offers, or discounts may not be redeemed for cash. We currently offer free shipping on orders over $199. Applies to FedEx Ground only. Other restrictions may apply.
Currently, if ordering through this website, we only offer shipping to 48 states within the contiguous US. We CAN ship to Canada but you will need to phone in your order. If your order total qualifies for free shipping (orders over $199) an additional surcharge will apply. You will also be responsible for any duties/taxes.
Due to exorbitant shipping costs we do NOT, by default, ship to the following states or US territories: Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific. We understand these states and territories appear in the shipping address section ('State' dropdown box) as options during checkout. We're working to resolve this issue and apologize for any confusion.

Almost all of our parts and products are built to order. Please allow (currently) 6-7 weeks for items to ship PLUS the transit time to your destination.
You should receive tracking information when your order ships. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility we have no control over the actual delivery day or time. When our carrier (FedEx) says it will take, for example, 5 days - we trust it will take only 5 days. During the peak holiday shipping season we allow for adequate transit time so that you'll receive your delivery when expected. However, the carrier may experience delays that are beyond our control.
We require a delivery signature for security purposes.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
