We’re confident you’ll love our Spyder Industries Headache Racks, Rear Hoops, and S/I Steps when they arrive - and back that up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt*. (Due to the semi-custom-built nature of our products, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Full-custom (logo, art, specially modified) racks may not be returned).
*ONLY PURCHASES MADE DIRECTLY FROM SPYDER INDUSTRIES QUALIFY FOR THE 10-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. IF PURCHASED FROM A RESELLER OR ELSEWHERE, PLEASE CONTACT THEM REGARDING THEIR GUARANTEE. CUSTOMER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
TO QUALIFY, ITEMS MUST BE:
- In new condition, be unaltered, have not been installed, and free of customer damage
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Returned with all accessories and hardware
- Returned in original packaging
- Call us at 877-665-6705 with your order information.
- You will be issued an RMA number (returns will not be accepted without an RMA).
- A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you for printing. (The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount).
- Use proper packaging materials (reuse protective foam) including reinforced packing tape. Do not use duct tape, masking tape, or string. Products damaged in transit due to careless re-packaging will not be fully credited.
- Remove or cover the original label with the new return label.
- You must write the RMA # on the outside of the box near the label.
- Drop your package off at any FedEx location.
CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT:
Spyder Industries will credit your original form of payment within 3 business days of the receipt of your return. Once initiated by us, it may take several days for your bank or credit issuer to complete the refund. Spyder industries has no control over this.
