Rear Hoop - Three Quarter Height with Lumber Stops
Ladders, lumber, pipe, kayaks - any long cargo - is much easier to load and haul safely with our three-quarter height rear hoop. Though it's a little taller than our half-height, it's still very reachable for an average height person with a slightly lifted truck. The reduced angle (compared to our half-height) retains ample clearance over the cab, which is critical when hauling flexible loads to prevent it from slapping and damaging the top of your cab. And, the hoop is still small enough to easily pop it in and out of your stake pockets at will.
- Tailored to fit your truck for better appearance
- Integrated angle horns for load control included
- All steel construction for strength and durability
- Premium 2-Coat powder finish for better corrosion resistance
- Fine texture, satin black color looks great on any truck
- Optional eye hooks available for increased functionality
Bar height varies slightly between truck models (relative to headache rack). Installed, the three-quarter height rear hoop is approximately 17-18" tall.
** Older Ford F150's and newer aluminum body F150/250/350's require drilling a hole in the bed rail during installation. Please call if you have questions.
** Some 2014 and all 2015 and up Chevy's now have an odd shaped stake pocket. A spacer block is now included for those truck models. See video here.
Uhhg! Shipping heavy, oversized cartons gets expensive. Sure, we could offer "free shipping" if we added the cost of shipping into the product price - like some companies do - but we break it out. (You didn't think 'free shipping' was actually free, did you? Someone is paying for it). The fact is, we currently do cover a chunk of the actual shipping costs on everything that goes out the door - out of our own pocket.
Why so expensive? FedEx commands a premium for Heavy/Oversized packages. For example, on average our actual cost is $160-200 or more for headache racks. Certain products, such as our triple S/I Steps, can only be shipped via truck freight. Our costs for truck freight range from $225-325, depending on destination.
Your cost is shown near the bottom of your shopping cart when you add an item.
We do not profit on shipping. If you know of a less expensive way to get our products safely delivered to your door in one piece, let us know!
All products are built-to-order so you should allow 10-14 business days before your order is ready to ship. Also allow for transit time which will vary depending on your location. 3-7 business days is typical.
