Outdoor enthusiasts can't miss with this White Tail Deer head design, combined with top selling optional add-ons, PLUS our versatile 3/4-Height Rear Hoop. Together, you've got an outstanding money-saving combination that'll set you and your truck apart from everyone else.
You get the cab protection you're after with a convenient center window opening for convenient pass-through of sliding rear glass. And, if you need to field dress your game then you'll really appreciate the rear facing LED lights.
Any long cargo such as canoes, ladders, lumber, or pipe, are easy to load and haul safely with our three-quarter height rear hoop. The lower height creates ample clearance over the cab, which is critical when hauling flexible loads to prevent it from slapping and damaging the top of your cab. By hauling loads overhead you also potentially free up valuable bed space for other cargo. And, when the hoop isn't needed, just pop it out and set it aside.
Headache racks require a set of bed rails (mounts) with hardware that fit your specific vehicle. You have a choice of 'Standard', which are compatible with most inside mount tonneau covers (and included in the price), or an optional paid upgrade to 'Heavy Duty' - which are longer and are designed to be compatible with tool boxes. We always recommend Heavy Duty.
This combo package is sold as described. No other options can be added.
NOTES ON REAR HOOP:
** Older Ford F150's and newer aluminum body F150/250/350's require drilling a hole in the bed rail during installation. Please call if you have questions.
** Some 2014 and all 2015 and up Chevy's now have an odd shaped stake pocket. A spacer block is now included for those truck models. See video here.
** Bar height varies slightly between truck models (relative to headache rack). Installed, the three-quarter height rear hoop is approximately 17-18" tall.
** We cannot guarantee that rear hoops will not interfere with tonneau cover use.
Need to haul lumber, pipe, watercraft, or other long loads that extend over your cab? These Angle Horns/Lumber Stops are just the ticket. We position them on the angled bar of the rack for slightly wider load control. They're integrated (non-removable) and ready to go to work when you are. Customers love 'em!
A great place to grab if you need to access your truck bed from the side - especially if your truck is lifted and you've got a set of our S/I Side Steps. These specially fabricated handles also function as convenient tie down points. Patterned after our S/I Steps, they feature our unique 'diamond' cut design for a more aggressive look. These are a hit with all our customers.
When the sun goes down, while working or playing, you'll appreciate this pair of LED lamps to light up your cargo area or work space. Rated at 16W, they output 900 lumens each for a convenient light source when you need it. Lamps feature stainless steel mounting brackets and die cast aluminum housings. An integrated protective metal frame surrounds each unit and the rack is pre-drilled with holes to chase wires inside for a cleaner looking install. (Lamp-to-vehicle wiring and switches are not included).
Many newer trucks are now equipped with a cargo camera next to the third brake light for a wide-angle view of the truck bed. Our standard headache rack frames will partially obstruct the camera's view. If you have a factory camera and want to retain an unobstructed view of your bed then you'll need a modified version of our headache rack frame. In this case the bottom of the third brake light opening in the frame is eliminated.
